The
Mokelumne River Ranch Equestrian Center is a full service facility.
For information about boarding options please click on the link above.
Each
month, on the first Saturday, the owner (John B.) sponsors a BBQ and
pot-luck event with an equestrian play-day. The event
normally
starts in time for trail rides before lunch at noon. Most boarders
contribute as if it were a pot luck.
Outsiders
are charged the day use fee. After lunch we usually take a
trail
ride, sometimes off the ranch where local knowledge is very important.
DAY USE - use of all facilities:
Trailer in and use the facilities for a fee of $10/horse

Dr.
Joshua Holme graduated from California State University, Chico in 1997
and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from UC Davis in
2003. His special interests include equine dentistry and reproduction.
Dr. Holme was born and raised in Winters and makes his home in
Sacramento.

A
popular feature of Mokelumne River Ranch Equestrian Center is the
possibility of extended trail rides. Within the ranch and
along
the East levy it is possible to ride for over an hour among trees and
vinyards.

Events!
If you
are in
need of space for “Parties, Weddings, Clinics, or some Special Event,
our
Facility is available for limited use!
Our huge
150’x 150’ well-lit covered arena could be the ideal location to meet
your
needs, “rain or shine”, “day or night”! Plus we have a small covered
Bar-B-Que
area with picnic tables and chairs directly across from the arena!
Our fees
range from $100.00 to $500.00, depending on the size, scope, and
preparation to
meet your needs! Give us a call!
